Forms and The Interviewing Process
The interviewing process is 3 fold at Rugrats with the first phone contact being considered our first interview. At this time we will discuss hours and availability and some general topics regarding care.
If a parent and provider want to continue or interview process, then the first meeting interview is a pre-scheduled evening interview that allows time for you and your child/ren (the ones to be cared for) to visit my home with the opportunity to discuss the care of your child and address any questions about Rugrats. You will take home more information regarding daycare such as policies, schedules etc. Any other questions regarding care at Rugrats will need to be addresses after parents review this information.
Please find alternate care for older siblings during the interview process.
If, after the second interview, you like us and want your child included in our daycare family, the next step would be a "meet and greet" interview where we all meet again and you can be introduced to my childcare children for a brief morning play date. At that time I will give you all the forms to be filled out and returned on your child's start date.
This is a 3-step process that occurs prior to any child beginning care at Rugrats. These steps will help everyone become familiar and make transitions go smoothly for everyone.
